    By using our website, you accept and consent to the policies described in the following terms and conditions.  Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using this website.

    Pricing:  All prices on the website include VAT as required by law.  In case of amendment of VAT percentage or any other tax, product prices are subject to change without notice. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of the order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the goods in full before such change in the rate of VAT takes effect. The prices on the website may differ from the prices in store. These prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

    Availability:  Availability changes continuously specially in peak seasons, so product offers are valid until stocks lasts. If you have paid for a product that is out of stock, we will refund the amount paid.

    Product information/Liability:  Unless expressly indicated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our website. Colours may also differ. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. The materials on the website with respect to products may be out of date, and we makes no commitment to update the materials on the website with respect to such products. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use. We will not be liable or responsible for any defamatory, misleading, offensive or otherwise inappropriate content of any goods supplied by us. You are deemed to have satisfied yourself as to the nature and type of goods to be purchased before placing an order with us. No liability is accepted by us for any offence, or loss you may suffer as a result of the content of the goods. We will be happy to give you details of the manufacturers on request.

    Delivery:

        1.    Orders will be delivered within 1-5 working days of the date set out in the order.  If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified. You will be contacted for orders containing bulky items such as Table tennis tables, football tables etc, if delivery at your location is feasible. We will aim to let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new delivery date with you. Delivery of the order shall be completed when the goods are delivered to you and paid in full.
      
        Delivery options:
            • Delivery by courier at a pick-up location (free for orders over 30 euros)
            • Delivery at your address (charge 6 euros)
            • In Store Pick-up from our Store
        
        2.    We are not responsible for any delay due unforeseen circumstances or due to our delivery partner.

        3.    If we are not able to deliver the whole of the order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this. If you ask us to deliver the order in instalments, we may charge you extra delivery costs. Each instalment shall constitute a separate contract. If we are late delivering an instalment or one instalment is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any other instalment.

    Payments:
      We offer the below payment options:

        •    By cash at the courier location or at your delivery address
        •    By cash or by Visa Card at our Store upon pick-up
        •    By Visa Card for on-line purchases:  We use a secure Gateway checkout page provided by Wallee & PayPal

    Cancellation / Return Policy:  Our clients have all the rights as stated by Cyprus Law. Requests for refunds or cancellations should be sent via email at accounts@mavros.com.cy

        •    Unopened products in original packaging:  you can return your product within 10 days of purchase to our store in Athinon 48, Strovolos, Nicosia 2040.
        •    Opened faulty products:  The product must be returned at our store in Athinon 48, Strovolos, Nicosia 2040, to be checked by our staff.  If the problem is because of factory/product defect then the product will be returned for exchange or with a coupon or by replacement.
        •    No returns will be accepted for products with no defect that are not in original sellable condition or that are used.
        •    On-line order cancelation before receiving the goods: You must notify us by email or by phone immediately or within one (1) working day of purchase.  If the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it and you must follow one of the steps above.

    Registration:  To make any purchase you will need to register to our website:  www.mavros.com.cy. 
    We use the information you provide us with, to:
        •    administer your account and for this purpose, we may disclose your details to our third party service providers/delivery partners for the purpose of processing your order.
        •    contact you if there are any problems with your order, and•    For market research purposes and to improve your shopping experience with us.

    It is your obligation to provide accurate and up to date information to process your order correctly.  You must be over 18 years old to register and make a purchase.  Please read and accept the Privacy Policy at the time of registration.     Type of personal data held by Mavros Ltd:

    Mavros Ltd holds information relating to you from the information you personally provide us.
    Our records contain:

    Mavros Ltd has taken appropriate measures to provide any information relating to your rights as well as the exercise of these rights. Under Chapter III of the GDPR you have the following rights:

    I. Transparent information, communication and modalities for the exercise of your rights

    You have the right to be provided with your data freely and in an intelligible and easily accessible form. Following your request, Mavros Ltd shall provide information without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In that case, Mavros Ltd will inform you for the reasons of the delay.

    II. Information to be provided where personal data are collected from the data subject

    You have the right to know the contact details of the agent who collects your data, the contact details of the Data Protection Officer (‘DPO’) that was appointed by Mavros Ltd, the purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended, the legal basis for the processing, the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data and where applicable the fact that the controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country.

    III. Right of access

    You have the right to request and receive a copy of your personal data undergoing processing. However, for any further copies requested, Mavros Ltd may charge you a reasonable fee that is based on administrative costs.

    IV. Right to rectification

    You have the right to obtain from Mavros Ltd without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you.

    V. Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)

    There is a right to ask for the erasure of your personal data and that they are no longer processed where the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are controlled or otherwise processed.

    Hence, in the cases where Mavros Ltd retains and process personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of the GDPR, Mavros Ltd may object to such a request and may keep the relevant personal data that are required for Mavros Ltd to comply with its legal obligations.

    VI. Right to restriction of processing

    You have the right to restrict processing where the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful and there is pending verification as to whether the legitimate grounds of Mavros Ltd override those of your rights.

    Therefore, we ensure that Mavros Ltd has in place a procedure where you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. Nonetheless, for those personal data that are necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, Mavros Ltd may object to the restriction.
