How to use

Apply cold gel to the area to be treated every 2-4 hours, as needed.  Wash your hands thoroughly after use.  Avoid contact with eyes, wounds or mucous membranes.  Rinse with plenty of water, if this happens.  If the pain persists or becomes worse despite the treatment, consult your doctor.
